Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy seeks a licensed Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Stockton, CA. You’ll provide patient-centered care in a fast-paced setting, with 40 hours per week, dayshift, and support from a dedicated clinical team.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in accordance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals.
• Implement therapy plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Operate and maintain PT equipment and modalities safely.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to optimize care.
• Educate patients/caregivers on home exercise programs and self-management.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards throughout treatment.
