Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing, Inc.-Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Stockton, California. The position offers a 13-week contract with 40 hours per week, in a healthcare facility setting, with a weekly pay of 3200.

The PT will perform patient evaluations and provide therapy services according to the plan of care and physician orders. Current PT license in the state of practice and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• One year of prior professional Physical Therapy experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and document therapy services.
• Provide and document therapy services in accordance with the plan of care and physician orders.
