Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 26-week assignment in South Hadley, Massachusetts. You will provide physical therapy services in a facility setting, delivering evidence-based treatments and documenting progress.

Responsibilities include evaluation, treatment planning, patient education, and collaboration with a clinical team. Travel therapists receive competitive pay and comprehensive benefits, with support from dedicated recruiters.

Qualifications

• Valid physical therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals.
• Implement therapy plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in medical records.

• Educate patients on home exercise programs and safety to promote recovery.
• Maintain a safe environment and adhere to infection control protocols.
• Support discharge planning for smooth transitions to home or community settings.
