Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and patient goals.
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain using PT techniques.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record clearly.
• Collaborate with physicians and other care professionals to optimize outcomes.
