Responsibilities

• Implement PT treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other professionals to optimize treatment outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
