Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy seeks a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Columbus, OH. The role offers competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and robust clinical support from our travel team.

The candidate will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients, develop personalized therapy plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes. Start ASAP, 40 hours/week, days shift.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license and state compliance.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsabilités

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using exams and history to identify needs.
• Develop individualized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals.
• Implement PT treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Operate and maintain PT equipment safely and accurately.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other professionals for coordinated care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and self-management.
• Maintain a safe environment with infection control and safety standards.
• Engage in quality assurance and ongoing professional development.
• Assist with discharge planning for community or home-based care.
