Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in Virginia
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred; New grads welcome to apply

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and plan treatment based on assessments
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs aligned with patient goals
• Implement PT treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain
• Operate PT equipment safely and effectively
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes meticulously
• Collaborate with physicians and other health professionals for coordinated care
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention
• Maintain safe treatment environment and adhere to infection control
• Participate in quality assurance and professional development
• Assist with discharge planning for community/home-based settings
• Perform other duties as assigned within scope of practice
