Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Fairfax Station, VA. The position offers 40 hours per week, 8-hour days, across hospital, clinic, or rehab settings with travel support and competitive compensation.

The ideal candidate holds a valid Physical Therapy license and a current BLS certification. Doctorate in PT is preferred, with opportunities for professional growth and comprehensive benefits during the assignment.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and identify functional limitations
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in medical records
• Collaborate with Physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and self-management techniques
• Maintain a safe treatment environment and adhere to infection control standards
• Engage in ongoing professional development and quality assurance activities
• Assist with discharge planning for smooth transitions
