Job summary
Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Timberville, VA. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy in a hospital, clinic, or rehabilitation setting.

Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop personalized rehabilitation programs.
- Implement physical therapy treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
- Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in medical records.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses and other therapists for coordinated care.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
- Maintain infection control and safety standards during therapy sessions.
- Participate in discharge planning and professional development activities.
