Job summary
Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Rockford, Illinois. This travel role offers 40 hours per week, day shifts, and the chance to work in diverse clinical settings while delivering high-quality care to patients. Applicants must hold a valid Physical Therapy license and current BLS certification; Doctorate in PT is preferred.

Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using standardized tests and histories.
- Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals.
- Implement therapy plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
- Operate therapy equipment safely and calibrate devices as needed.
- Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in medical records.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and body mechanics.
