Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests and history to identify needs.
• Develop rehabilitation programs based on assessment and goals.
• Implement PT treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians and other staff to ensure coordinated care.
