Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Rockford, Illinois. Duties include patient assessment, developing plans of care, and providing skilled PT services under physician orders; 40 hours/week, 8-hour days, 13 weeks.

Requirements include licensure as PT in the state, NPTE, Doctorate or Bachelor’s in PT, CPR, and at least one year of experience; travel benefits and paid credentialing.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy or a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy with NPTE passed.
• Minimum one year of experience.
• Current state license as a PT or actively pursuing licensure.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients and provide direct patient care under physician direction.
• Set up and administer a treatment program with goals based on patient capacity.
• Document patient condition and educate patients and families in PT methods.
• Develop plan of care and provide skilled PT services per physician orders.
