Fusion Medical Staffing, LLC is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Springfield, IL. The position offers 40 hours per week, an ASAP start, and a variety of clinical settings to make a positive impact on patient mobility and quality of life.

The ideal candidate holds a current Physical Therapy license, BLS, and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy; new grads are welcome. Travel compensation, benefits, and clinical support are provided to ensure success on assignment.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy (preferred)
• New graduates welcome to apply (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and identify treatment needs using tests and history
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists to coordinate care
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and self-management
• Maintain safe treatment environment following infection control protocols
• Assist with discharge planning and community/home transitions
