Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in West Branch, Michigan. You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life in hospital, clinic, and rehab settings.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• PhD/Doctorate preferred; experience welcomed for new grads.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and identify treatment needs.
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation programs.
• Apply therapy techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and therapists to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise and safety.
• Maintain safe treatment environment and adhere to protocols.
• Engage in quality assurance and professional development.
• Support discharge planning for community or home settings.
