Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a 14-week assignment at a Chelsea, MI facility. You will evaluate patients, develop personalized rehab plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy to improve mobility and reduce pain. Start date is 11/02/2026 with 40 hours/week and 8-hour days.

Requirements include a valid PT license and BLS; a Doctorate in PT is preferred. New grads are welcome, with comprehensive benefits and a support-driven clinical team.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose patients to create personalized rehabilitation plans.
• Implement PT treatments to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
