Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Midland, MI. You will evaluate and treat patients, design personalized rehabilitation plans, and collaborate with a clinical team to ensure high-quality, safe care in a fast-paced travel setting.

The role requires a valid PT license in Michigan and current BLS certification; new grads are welcome to apply and receive support from a dedicated clinical team and travel benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in Michigan.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsabilités

• Evaluate patients’ conditions using exams and history to identify needs.
• Develop personalized rehab programs based on assessments and goals.
• Implement PT treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Operate PT equipment safely and calibrate devices as needed.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists for coordinated care.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and body mechanics.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards in the treatment area.
• Support discharge planning for smooth transitions to home care.
