American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Home Health position serving the Paducah area. The role requires OASIS and HCHB EMR experience, with at least 1 year of recent PT practice.

The position covers a 60-mile radius from the hub, with a 5x8 schedule (8:00 AM–5:00 PM) and no on-call duties. Mileage is reimbursed, and local candidates at travel rate are welcome.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recent Physical Therapy experience
• BLS certification required
• OASIS experience required
• HCHB EMR experience required
• License required if applicable

Responsibilities

• Home health setting covering the Paducah territory, including Mayfield, Wickfield, Salem, Benton, Arlington, and areas near LY Lake and Lake Barley
• Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Average patient load of 5-7 patients per day
• Patient population consists of geriatric cases
• No on-call requirements
• Territory covers up to a 60-mile radius from the hub office
• Timely communication and documentation required
• Dress code is scrubs in any color, no jeans permitted
• iPad provided for documentation
• Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate
• Accepts local candidates at the travel rate
