The role requires a DPT, CA licensure, CPR/BLS, and two years of PT experience. Credentialing and travel support are provided; start immediately after licensing.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct segments of therapy programs to restore and improve physical function, working as a co-leader in an interdisciplinary team.
• Perform comprehensive PT evaluations and establish individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver therapy interventions using established protocols and techniques; monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Develop discharge plans and ensure clear communication of goals with patients, families, and the care team.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation within established deadlines.
• Supervise assigned therapy assistants when applicable and provide patient and family education.
