Job summary

Health, Inc. is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with physical impairments.

You will design personalized treatment plans, use manual therapy and therapeutic exercises, and operate specialized equipment while collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care. Qualifications

• Must have a valid PT license and BLS certification.
• Doctorate degree is preferred.

Role Overview:

Seeking a travel Physical Therapist to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with physical impairments, aiming to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life. The role involves developing personalized treatment plans, utilizing manual therapy and exercise techniques, operating specialized equipment, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.

• Responsibilities: Conduct patient assessments, create and implement evidence-based therapy programs, monitor progress, document outcomes, educate patients and caregivers, maintain safety standards, participate in quality assurance, and assist in discharge planning.
• Skills & Qualifications: Valid PT license, BLS certification; preferred doctorate degree, experience or new graduate status. Must possess strong clinical, communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills. Physical ability to move and operate equipment, and mental resilience to work under pressure and irregular schedules.
