Travel Home Health Physical Therapist
Assist patients in recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions within home settings across multiple counties. Provide therapy services, adapt to diverse patient needs, and ensure quality care. Maintain documentation and adhere to safety and compliance standards.
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution, active state license, CPR certification, BLS certification (may be required), valid driver's license with access to transportation, and ability to serve clients of all backgrounds.
Deliver 8-hour shifts, with flexibility for travel and varied home environments. No weekend work required. Cover regions including Grant, Adams, and Lincoln counties. Provide compassionate, patient-centered therapy to facilitate recovery and improve quality of life.
