Job summary

Preferred Home Health Care & Nursing Services is seeking a travel Physical Therapist to provide outpatient home health services across multiple counties in Georgia.

You will assess and treat patients, develop personalized plans, document progress, educate patients, and receive travel reimbursement along with full medical benefits and 401k matching.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with no on-call or weekend duties, covering a broad service area with travel between visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active state license in good standing
• Current BLS certification (may be required).
