Job summary

Preferred Home Health Care & Nursing Services seeks a Travel Physical Therapist to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients across hospitals, clinics, and rehabilitation centers, designing personalized rehabilitation plans based on evidence-based practices.

You will perform assessments, implement therapy protocols, document patient progress, and educate patients and caregivers while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care in Oklahoma.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license per state regulations.
• Current BLS certification.
