Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 6-week assignment in Cumming, GA. You will evaluate and treat patients to improve mobility and reduce pain, working a 40-hour week in a hospital, clinic, or rehab setting.

The role requires a current PT license, BLS certification, and strong clinical and communication skills. New grads are welcome; a competitive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy preferred; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and identify functional needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings.
• Implement treatment plans using evidence-based techniques.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
