Job summary
Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Delaware, OH. The therapist will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with mobility impairments, develop personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with physicians and other clinicians to optimize outcomes in hospital, clinic, or rehabilitation settings.

Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
- Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and determine treatment needs.
- Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments.
- Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
- Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in medical records.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses and therapists to optimize care.
