Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Newark, Delaware. The role offers 40 hours per week, dayshift, and the chance to make a meaningful impact on patients while working with a dedicated clinical team.

The ideal candidate holds a valid Physical Therapy license, current BLS certification, and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred. New grads are welcome to apply; travel benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred; new grads welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using standardized tests, clinical examinations, and patient history to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals.
• Implement physical therapy treatment plans using various techniques to improve patient mobility and reduce pain.
• Operate specialized physical therapy equipment and modalities safely and effectively.
• Assess patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
