Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy seeks a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Millville, DE. This role offers 40 hours weekly, with days shift, and start date 10/19/2026.

As part of our travel team, you will evaluate and treat patients, collaborate with clinicians, and provide high-quality care in a facility setting, with competitive compensation and industry-leading benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using standardized tests, clinical examinations, and patient history to identify functional limitations and treatment need
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals
• Implement physical therapy treatment plans using various techniques to improve patient mobility and reduce pain
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record with accuracy
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, body mechanics, injury prevention, and self-management techniques
