Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Moraine, Ohio. The role has 40 hours per week, days, with a travel-friendly schedule and a dedicated clinical team.

The therapist will evaluate and treat patients, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with the care team to ensure safe, effective outcomes. Ohio license and BLS required; Doctorate preferred; new grads welcome.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in accordance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests, history, and exams.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs and goals.
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to coordinate care.
• Educate patients on home exercises and injury prevention.
