Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Ohio
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
• New grads welcome to apply with appropriate credentials
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and identify functional limitations
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs
• Implement PT treatments to improve mobility and reduce pain
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes accurately
• Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare staff for optimal care
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and safety
• Ensure infection control and safety during treatment
• Participate in discharge planning and patient progression
