Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Deland, FL. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop personalized rehabilitation plans, and collaborate with a clinical team to ensure high-quality care and positive patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy (preferred).
• New grads welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and develop rehab plans.
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home programs.
• Document evaluations and outcomes in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians to optimize care.
