Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Orange Park, FL. The role focuses on evaluating and treating patients to improve mobility and reduce pain across hospital, clinic, and rehab settings.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, maintain documentation, and educate patients on home programs. Travel compensation is competitive, with benefits and support from a dedicated clinical team.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• New grads welcome to apply as per preferred qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and identify functional limitations.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals.
• Implement therapy plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations and outcomes in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and self-management.
