Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Sebastian, FL. The role offers 40 hours per week with daytime shifts, in a travel capacity.

You will evaluate and treat patients, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support recovery and functional independence. Required licensure and BLS certification are expected; Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred and new graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy is preferred.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to identify functional limitations and treatment need.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals.
• Implement physical therapy treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and other clinicians to ensure coordinated care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
