Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Deland, FL. You will evaluate patients, develop rehab plans, and apply evidence-based treatments to improve mobility and reduce pain.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapist license in the state where practice is required.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC) is required.
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized rehabilitation plans.
• Implement PT treatment plans and use modalities to improve mobility.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians and care team to optimize patient care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
