Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing seeks a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Fleming Island, FL. Start ASAP with 40 hours weekly, 8-hour shifts. Travel status, benefits package, and a supportive clinical team are included.

You will evaluate patients, design personalized rehab plans, and work with a multidisciplinary team to improve mobility and independence. Licensure and BLS are required; doctorate is preferred for advanced roles.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred.
• New graduates welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and identify functional limitations.
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation programs.
• Apply therapy techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to optimize care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
