Qualifications

• 1 year of experience required; exceptional candidates with 6 months may be considered.
• BLS certification and state-specific licensing required.
• Ability to stand/walk long periods; strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology and medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, develop, and execute a plan of care for diverse patient populations in acute care.
• Oversee PTAs and support staff; ensure documentation and billing accuracy.
• Adhere to PT board rules and facility guidelines; interface with medical center staff and physicians.
