Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing – Therapy is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Sterling, IL. The PT will evaluate and treat patients, develop rehabilitation plans, and work with a clinical team to restore mobility and reduce pain.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to identify functional limitations and treatment needs
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals
• Implement physical therapy treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to ensure coordinated care
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention
