Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Springfield, Illinois. The role involves evaluating patients, creating personalized rehab plans, and delivering evidence-based physical therapy to improve mobility and reduce pain.

ASAP start, 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, with comprehensive benefits and strong clinical support from a dedicated team. Travel PTs are supported with licensure and CEU reimbursement and robust recruiter assistance.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Nationwide/state-specific licensure requirements as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and determine functional limitations.
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans.
• Administer PT treatments and monitor progress.
• Document evaluations and outcomes in medical records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team for coordinated care.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and safety.
