Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Springfield, MA. The PT will evaluate, develop, and implement rehabilitation plans to improve mobility and reduce pain in diverse care settings.

Requirements include a valid PT license and current BLS; Doctorate is preferred. Travel experience benefits include competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred for some assignments.
• New grads are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and patient goals.
• Implement physical therapy treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Maintain and calibrate therapy equipment and document progress in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists to coordinate care.
