Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Springfield, Tennessee. The role offers 40 hours per week, with 8-hour days, and requires an active PT license and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and identify functional limitations.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments.
• Implement therapy plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and therapists for coordinated care.
• Educate patients on home programs and injury prevention.
