Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in San Jose, CA. You’ll evaluate and treat patients, develop personalized plans, and collaborate with a clinical team to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using standardized tests and history to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals.
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain using various techniques.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record with accuracy.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to optimize care.
