Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license per state regulations.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests, exams, and history to identify needs.
- Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals.
- Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain using various PT techniques.
- Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes accurately in medical records.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other clinicians to coordinate care.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and safety to support recovery.
