Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy seeks a Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Mission Viejo, CA. The PT will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients, creating individualized plans and coordinating with the medical team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Licensed PT with current BLS is required; a博士 degree and prior experience are preferred, but new grads may apply. Travel schedule includes 40 hours weekly with day shifts in various facilities.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred.
• New graduates welcome to apply with applicable credentials.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and functional limitations to identify treatment needs.
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation programs.
• Deliver PT treatments and perform modalities safely and effectively.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and progress in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to optimize outcomes.
