Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Hayward, CA. You will evaluate patients, develop rehab plans, and implement therapy to improve mobility and reduce pain in a facility setting.

Start date 12/07/2026 with 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, and a supportive clinical team. New grads are welcome; CA license and BLS required; competitive pay and full benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in California.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and plan treatment to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and safety.
