Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy is preferred.

• Other certifications or licenses may be required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and identify treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs.
• Implement therapy plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Operate therapy equipment safely and maintain devices.
• Document evaluations and outcomes in medical records.
• Coordinate with physicians and nurses for discharge planning.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and safety.
• Maintain infection control and safe treatment environment.
• Pursue professional development and quality assurance initiatives.
• Collaborate in discharge planning for community/home settings.
