Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop rehabilitation plans to improve mobility.
• Implement therapy plans using exercises and manual techniques.
• Document evaluations and outcomes in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and other clinicians for coordinated care.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and safety.
• Adhere to infection control and safety guidelines within the clinic.
