Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Chambersburg, PA. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop individualized rehab plans, and work with a multidisciplinary team to improve mobility and reduce pain.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred.
• New grads welcome to apply; other certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals.
• Implement PT treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Operate PT equipment safely and maintain devices.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists for coordinated care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and self-management.
• Maintain a safe treatment environment and adhere to infection control protocols.
• Engage in QA and professional development; stay current with best practices.
• Assist with discharge planning for smooth transitions.
