Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in York, PA. The PT will evaluate and treat patients across hospital and clinic settings, focusing on mobility, pain reduction, and functional independence.

The role requires PA licensure, BLS, and a Doctorate (preferred). Travel benefits include comprehensive coverage, licensure reimbursement, and ongoing clinical support.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Preferred: Doctorate in Physical Therapy; travel experience optional.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and identify functional limitations to create treatment plans.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Implement therapy plans using exercise and manual techniques.
• Maintain safe clinic environment and proper equipment use.
• Document evaluations and outcomes in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and therapists for coordinated care.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and safety.
