Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation to You is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Journey Traveler program, delivering physical, occupational, speech, and resident-focused rehab across the United States on 13-week assignments.

You will assess, design, and implement therapy plans, supervise assistants, and train patients and caregivers to promote independence while collaborating with the rehab team and ensuring high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in the practice state(s).
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent combination as described (PT-related).
• Willingness to travel nationwide for 13-week assignments and temporary relocation.

Responsibilities

• Assess, develop, and deliver physical therapy programs to facilitate rehabilitation.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and students as needed.
• Ensure timely documentation and adherence to plan of care; coordinate referrals as required.
• Collaborate with rehab team to select appropriate therapy regimens.
