Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Fruit Cove, FL. The role offers 40 hours per week, shift of 8 hours, and a travel employment type with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Requirements include valid PT license, BLS certification, and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred. New grads welcome; licensure and CEU reimbursement provided.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred.
• New grads welcome to apply; experience preferred but not required.
• Other certifications or licenses may be required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests, history, and examinations to identify functional limitations.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals.
• Implement PT treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Operate PT equipment safely and maintain devices.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
