Job summary

Powerback is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our Journey Traveler program for nationwide 13-week assignments. You will assess needs, develop therapy plans, and deliver programs across diverse settings. Travel and temporary relocation are required to serve patients where they need care most.

You will educate patients and families, coordinate with the rehabilitation team, and adapt plans to promote independence and safety. A PT license in the U.S. and relevant degrees are essential.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the U.S. or eligible for licensure.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy (or equivalent).
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of PT experience.
• Willingness to travel nationwide for assignments.

Responsibilities

• Assess, develop, and deliver physical therapy programs across settings.
• Educate patients and caregivers in skills to promote independence.
• Collaborate with rehab team to optimize outcomes and discharge planning.
• Supervise assistants and ensure timely documentation.
