Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The assignment spans 13 weeks with a 40-hour week and an 8-hour shift.

Must hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy or a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy with NPTE; includes licensure, CPR, and 1+ year of experience. Private housing or housing allowance and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy OR a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE.
• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Minimum one year's experience
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT, or in process for licensure for current state licensure
• Current CPR certification.
• Other requirements to be determined by our client facility

Responsibilities

• Develops a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
• Provides skilled physical therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Assesses patient needs, plans for, evaluates and modifies care to meet goals of physical therapy interventions.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
